Studio Workshop Notice for 'Cliffs Edge'Tue 3 December 2019
The Studio Team have an exciting opportunity for actors to take part in a workshop for casting the second One Act play which will be performed on February 21-23rd with a possible following entry in a One Act Festival, between 13th and 15th of March. The play is Cliff’s Edge by Paul Beard. This is a very approachable play, Described as a black comedy, it has also some heartfelt and realistic feelings. There are three characters - all good acting roles – Two men and one woman, of similar ages but of any age. They are a suicidal failed actor, a maniacally depressed pub landlord and a schizophrenic passer-by. Please note that the Workshop for choosing the cast will now take place on Saturday 14th December, not on the Sunday, 15th, as previously planned. It will start at 3pm prompt so please arrive a little before.
The workshop will be led by Sandie Laughlin and Garth Jones, and it offers a great chance to form the cast, so we hope to see lots of you there. If you would like more information, before the workshop please email Garth Jones at firstname.lastname@example.org If you would like to attend the workshop please also email email@example.com to confirm your attendance. You do not have to be a member of Nantwich players but will have to make yourself a member on the day if you wish to be considered for a role. This can be arranged for you at the workshop.
